Rockstar’s official character material introduces Boobie Ike as a Vice City legend who behaves like one: one of the few people to convert time in the streets into a legitimate empire, spanning real estate, a strip club and a recording studio, and all smiles until it is time to talk business. The club is the part of that portfolio with the clearest gameplay shape, which is why it has its own entry here.

Two further official details fill it in. Rockstar attributes to Boobie the idea that club money pays for the studio and drug money pays for everything, which tells you the businesses are a single stacked operation rather than three hobbies. And in Dre’Quan Priest’s material, Rockstar notes that his days of booking acts into Boobie’s strip club may be numbered now the label has signed Real Dimez — establishing the club as a working music venue as well as a bar.

What official material shows

Rockstar’s own screenshot captions place Boobie inside a club twice: once holding a drink near his face with a dancer upside down on a pole behind him, and once seated with a stack of cash, one arm around a dancer and the other reaching toward another. A separate Vice City caption describes a club interior with several dancers around poles and banknotes in the air. None of those captions names a venue, so we treat them as establishing the world’s nightlife rather than as pictures of this specific address.

Why it matters for gameplay

Expectation, not confirmation.

A club with an owner who runs a label, a drug income and a public profile is a standard Rockstar hub: somewhere to meet people, start missions, collect money and be found by people you would rather not see. The official framing goes further than usual by giving the place a stated economic function within the story, which increases the odds it is enterable rather than a marker. Nightlife in the official imagery is also consistently crowded and close to a police response, which is relevant to police and crime and to the general shape of Vice City activities.

Connections

The club ties Boobie Ike to Dre’Quan Priest and, through the label, to Real Dimez. It sits in Vice City, and pairs directly with Only Raw Records. Our everything confirmed so far guide lists it among the handful of officially named businesses.

How to find it at launch

You cannot yet, and neither can we. Rockstar has not named the club, shown a sign for it, or placed it in a district — the officially named Vice City neighbourhoods are Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, the Tisha-Wocka flea market and the VC Port, and none of them has been attached to this venue. Our pin is an approximate placeholder near the region centre on our own illustrated base map. At launch we will re-pin it, record its real name, and note whether the interior is open outside missions.

Status & evidence

Marked confirmed because Rockstar states the business exists and who owns it. The title on this page is descriptive and ours — Rockstar has not given the club a name, and we have deliberately not matched it to any interior shot in the trailers, because pairing an unlabelled image with a named business is exactly how a guess becomes a repeated fact. No leaked or datamined material was used.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly has Rockstar confirmed about the club?

That Boobie Ike's legitimate empire includes a strip club, alongside real estate and a recording studio, and that he books acts into it through his partnership with Dre'Quan Priest. The club has no published name, address or district.

Has the club appeared in official images?

Official screenshot captions describe Boobie in a club holding a drink with a dancer on a pole behind him, and Boobie seated with a stack of cash and dancers either side. Rockstar does not caption those images with a venue name, so we cannot say they show this specific club.

Is it the same place as Only Raw Records?

No, but they are linked. Rockstar describes the club and the recording studio as separate parts of the same portfolio, and Dre'Quan's own material refers to booking acts into Boobie's club before the label took off.
